Happy Holidays from The Armchair Genealogist

 I wanted to write a quick post to wish all my readers a happy and inspiring holiday filled with family tradition both new and old. I wanted to say thanks for allowing The Armchair Genealogist to be a part of your genealogical journey this past year. 

These are exciting times for genealogists.  I'm honoured to be a part of a growing online community. I'm getting to watch in real-time how technologies and social media are changing the face of the genealogical community. This change is a great thing, connecting genealogists around the world. 

We've done a lot of work this year towards researching and writing our family history. In 2012, I  look forward to helping you further with your genealogy research and getting your family history stories out there in the world. 

So this holiday, take a few days off from researching and writing,  rest, relax, and come back re-energized in the New Year.
